Services

We do not offer laundry cleaning services. Please kindly leave a laundry bin out for our panthers if there is laundry that needs to be collected for you during your cleaning. If laundry is found during a cleaning, and no clear bin has been set out, all laundry found will be placed in a neat pile for the resident before exiting the clean.

We offer kitchen cleaning services in every residential cleaning pack. However, please take note that we do not offer dish cleaning services due to health hazards involved. Please kindly remove any dishes from the sink before our arrival. If dishes are left unattended in the sink area, please be aware that the sink will not be sanitized during the cleaning process.

We take the care of our customer’s possessions very seriously. In order to minimize the chance of broken or damaged home items, please be sure surfaces that are being cleaned are clear of excessive clutter. Please be aware that any areas (shelving, tables,etc) that are excessively cluttered will be left unattended for safety purposes. This only applies to excessive clutter. Pristine Panther strives to provide a safe environment for both our employees and clientele. Due to safety hazards involved Panthers are not responsible for cleaning any area that is contaminated with boldily fluids (animal or human). This includes, but is not limited to, cat litter boxes, dog excrement, human fluids in bathrooms, etc.
